As an Exact Professional Services Technical Consultant, Michael L. Bonfig brings over thirteen years of experience building customer success with JobBOSS. He has an extensive background providing on-site support, end user training, and developing procedures and documentation. A sought after resource for on-site solutions, Michael excels at product compatibility and customer hardware issues. His proven expertise and results-oriented approach to customer support, training and implementation line up strongly with Exact’s dedication to high tech customer success.

Michael’s expertise includes JobBOSS installations, upgrades and migrations, as well as Access and SQL database conversions, Synergy installation and implementation and Data Collection configuration and usage.
Prior to his 2.5 years as an Exact consultant, he spent nine years as a support rep and support team lead for Exact JobBOSS.
His teaching skills and talent for collaboration have led to success as a creator and facilitator of several Exact courses: JobBOSS Data Collection, SQL Basics and Synergy Administration.
Michael measures his success in his ability to minimize downtime for a customer and save them headaches.
Prior to Exact JobBOSS, he worked as a User Services Manager for Manley Group (now Next Level Café). Before that, he spent five years with Resolution at Xcel Energy I/T Deskside Services.
Certifications and courses include--Nan McKay & Associates Training Facilitation, Microsoft SQL Server Management, SQL Query Writing, Windows 7 Deployment, multiple customer service courses and a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist certification.
He has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Humanities from the University of Northern Iowa.
