Tool vending interface

Vending machines are wonderful at managing tool crib inventory and costs. Automatically maintain accurate job costing and inventory valuations in JobBOSS by integrating with the tool crib. JobBOSS needs to know of tooling purchases and what material is being used for what job(s). The tool crib custom integration application provides real time integration for the following:

1. Jobs are synchronized between the two systems so that operators can select the correct job when withdrawing inventory from the tool crib.
2. When tools/parts are withdrawn from the tool crib they are automatically issued to the correct job in JobBOSS.
3. When re-orders are approved in the tool crib, PO's are created in JobBOSS.
4. When restock transactions take place in the tool crib, PO receipts are created in JobBOSS.
