Customer Portal Inaccessible

As part of our continued integration into the ECi Software Solutions infrastructure there are some changes we want to make you aware of. The Customer Portal will be migrated this weekend, beginning Friday, May 18 at 8:00 p.m. EST, and wrapping up late on Sunday, May 20. During this period of time the Customer Portal will be inaccessible. In addition, as part of this migration all users will receive new login credentials. Users with existing Portal access will automatically receive an email with new credentials. These emails will be sent beginning on Sunday but will likely continue into the day on Monday. If you do not automatically receive an email with your credentials please be sure to check your Spam and Junk folders.

For customers who might have the URL customers.ecisolutions.com bookmarked, please update the bookmarked URL to customers.jobboss.com. Beginning on Monday, May 21, the Exact domain will no longer support the JobBOSS Customer Portal.

For those that prefer to email support, we have a new email address for you to use as well: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. This is a general email box actively monitored by our Support Team to ensue prompt attention to your issues.

Our individual email addresses have also changed over to ECi domain names using the naming convention of the first letter of the employee’s first name and followed by the last name of the employee @ecisolutions.com. Please update your records to reflect our new contact information, as Exact-domain email addresses will no longer receive emails after Sunday, May 20, 2018!
