Customer Success

Customer Success Managers (CSM’S) are part of our Customer Success team, and work with you to ensure you have the highest level of satisfaction with your Exact Software investment.

They will help you become familiar with and utilize the resources available to you such as training, consulting services, information webinars, the customer portal and your annual Customer Maintenance Agreement.

CSM’s believe in building and maintaining partnerships with our customers, and are focused to help you get the most out of your software and our services. Your CSM will collaborate with all internal Exact departments to ensure that you, receive the fastest response that Exact can deliver.

In addition, your CSM will:

  • Serve as your Exact liaison to help you navigate through the internal departments of Exact
  • Partner with you to ensure you receive the best value from our relationship
  • Recommend products and services to support your business needs

Implementation Planning

Proper planning for your implementation is critical to your success. Exact JobBOSS has Implementation Guidance Representatives to assist you in getting started with our software.

Our Implementation Guidance Representatives will work directly with your project team to introduce them to the various tools and resources available at Exact JobBOSS for implementing your new software. They are dedicated to helping you focus on moving forward with your implementation by providing regular contact and guidance on the next steps needed to accomplish your goals.

The Implementation Guidance Representative will work with you to:

  • Review project goals and discuss timelines
  • Plan for software installation
  • Provide implementation tools
  • Coordinate the consultation for initial system setup
  • Guide you to the appropriate training classes and online learning options
