With 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Kevin Bevell became a professional consultant at Exact JobBOSS in November of 2012. Kevin had over 11 years of experience with our products through his work in his home country of Canada for various manufacturing companies.

Kevin has focused on metal fabrication design, processes, and management for aerospace and telecom industries. His ability to see the long-term needs for companies and how to achieve results has made him a solid and reliable leader, time and again, for different companies. Kevin’s ethical standards and commitment to working for the common good of the company and its goals are added reasons that previous companies have chosen him to lead their team to success.

Since he is so capable and adaptable, Kevin often finds himself involved in different roles; many at the same time. He has worked in research and development over the years and has helped create products to reduce the respective company’s bottom line and increased profits. With expertise in change management, process improvement, implementations of various processes in high-tech environments and the ability to identify and administer the right practices, Kevin is a perfect fit for our team. He wants to make sure that his job is done well so that the entire company runs smoothly, ultimately pleasing our customers. Bilingual in English and French, and living in Canada, Kevin cares about his work and making others successful. In his free time he enjoys a wide variety of high-energy stress reducing sports like windsurfing, snowboarding, skiing, cycling, kiting, kayaking and scuba.
