Automated Attendance

Generate attendance records quickly and accurately with Automated Attendance. Users can create log-in and log-out entries for double-time, overtime, Holidays and PTO labor hours from the interface. The administrator can quickly create records for multiple dates and/or employees at one time, as well as add or remove employees.


Process
• Select Employee(s)
• Select date(s) for data entry
• Click – “Create Attendance Records” every employee selected will have a record created for the date range selected
• Choose best option: Regular, Holiday, Vacation, Sick, Custom, Overtime or Double Time

• Set up standard holidays for all employees with a batch process
